Our Philosophy
Flight Club, a division of Upper Bucks Track and Field, is designed to benefit vaulters of varying strengths, ages, and ability levels. We believe in an intensive focus on technique and running mechanics instead of simply adding larger poles. Our goal is to integrate more speed, improved technique, and a better understanding of vaulting biomechanics to produce higher vaults.
The combination of an increased focus on technique and biomechanics supplemented with a good workout routine has produced consistent higher vaulting with a more intelligent athlete, who is able to make self-adjustments.
